Dear Parents/Guardians,
Each student will have the opportunity to connect with their homeroom teacher at least once in June.
We welcome you to choose one appointment time slot with your child’s(rens) homeroom teacher through Parent Portal between June 8-26. We will make the schedule available to book on Parent Portal starting at 3:30 p.m. on June 5th. Bookings will remain open until midnight, June 25th. Keep in mind that for each day, the cut off is midnight the day before. To book your Parent Teacher Conference times, log in to Parent Portal (https://powerschool.hsd.ca/public/) and click on Parent Teacher Meetings. If you are unable to book an appointment on-line, please contact the school.
Our school guidance counselor – Mrs. Muntain will have specific times listed for Grade 5-8 students that may wish to connect with her, so please call the school (204-388-4422) to schedule an appointment. The times available for counselling will be on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11:20-12:00.
Please refer to the email sent by our school on June 2nd for reminders of protocol/entry doors and what to bring with them when students come to school for their appointment. There is one change in that the division is requiring parents to screen their child(ren) prior to bringing them to school for their appointment.
