STRONG CONNECTIONS
Friday, Sept. 16 and Monday, Sept. 19
Strong Connections will be held on Friday, September 16th and Monday, September 19th. **new: kindergarteners will be included in strong connections this year.
On these days, grade K-8 students attend school one day out of the two.
Students are divided up to allow each homeroom teacher the opportunity to meet one on one with each student. While students participate in some academic assessment activities, the utmost benefit of these days is the opportunity for teachers and students to begin to build a stronger relationship.
Students will arrive at and depart from school in their normal manner (bus or other). An email or automated message will be sent to all parents on September 7 with their child’s/children’s day to attend school . If you did not receive this message, please call the school for your child’s scheduled day, or log into the Portal to view. If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call the school for more information.
There will be no hot lunch offered on Friday, September 16.
