We will be partnering with Munch-a-Lunch again for our monthly hot lunch ordering this year!  You can add all your kids and order and pay on one site. We will not be adding any charges onto Parent Portal, so please do not make payment for Hot Lunch on Parent Portal. You can pay with credit card on the Munch-a-Lunch site or send cash/cheque to the school by the deadline.  Hot lunch is offered the last school day of every week, starting on Friday, October 2nd.

ORDERING DETAILS:

• Orders are for 1 month at a time. You can order as few or as many dates as you like.  
• Online ordering will be OPEN for 1 week at the end of each month. Ordering will be closed at 9 a.m. on the last day of the ordering week. See Lunch Ordering Links & Deadlines tab 
• Orders and payment are due the last Friday of each month.
•  If you need assistance with ordering, or do not have access to the internet, please contact Mrs. Sue Chamberlin at schamberlin@hsd.ca
• If school is canceled due to weather, hot lunch will be moved to the following Monday/school day

UPDATE:  There will be no reminder emails sent out again this year.

Please note, if a student is absent on a hot lunch day and has ordered a lunch, the food will be kept in the fridge until the end of day where it will either be sent home with a sibling or a parent can come pick it up. If it has has not been sent home with a sibling OR picked up by the end of the day, it will be thrown out.

Consistent with previous years, there are NO REFUNDS.

Registering is easy!  Just follow the instructions below.

HOW TO REGISTER: 

1)      Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/bothwellMB

2)      Click the “Register Here” button (as shown below). The system will guide you through

3)      After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order

4)      Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
