We are looking forward to connecting with you virtually for Progress Conversation Meetings between parents/guardians and teachers which will take place between March 17 and 24th, prior to the sharing of the report card document on Parent Portal on Friday, March 25th. We will make the schedules available to book on Parent Portal starting at 8:30 a.m. on March 10th and will remain open to book until March 16th at 4 p.m.
This terms’ meetings are by request of parents/guardians or teachers. Teachers will email parents who they would like to meet with by March 8th. If you would like to request a meeting (s), parents/guardians will be able to see the schedule and book by logging in to Parent Portal starting on March 10th and click on Parent Teacher Meetings to book your appointment. You will be required to enter if you want a virtual meeting or a phone call meeting.
If a virtual meeting is booked, the teachers will email the parent/guardian the information required to log into the meeting. If a phone call meeting is booked, the teacher will call the parent/guardian. The available times for all teachers (including homeroom, physical education, music and art teachers) vary during that week. The earlier you log in, the more likely you will be able to book a time/day that works best for you.
If the available dates/times do not work for you, please contact the teacher(s) via email to arrange a mutually agreed upon meeting, as we value parent communication.
