Parents/Guardians/Grandparents of grade 1-8 students:
We would love all parents to come to our school for an “open house kind of day” for our Student Led Celebration of Learning! You are invited to your child’s homeroom where your student will be the school host and showcase their learning and classroom with you!
You may book your 30 minute appointment time for this special day on Parent Portal. This would be done under the Parent Teacher Meetings tab.
- Appointments will be available during the school day between 10:05 am – 3:30 pm, and 4 – 5:30 pm to visit your child’s(rens) homeroom.
- Multiple students (and their parents) can be booked for each time slot in each homeroom.
- All students are to attend school that day as we have planned an array of learning stations for each class
Throughout the day when your student ambassador is not in their homeroom for your booked appointment, we have lined up a number of unique learning stations. We have invited presenters from Manitoba Construction Sector, Junior Achievement, as well as a couple of cool Math STEAM and Phys Ed stations (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) hosted by our in-house divisional experts.

- Book on Parent Portal starting at 8:30 a.m. on March 13th until March 19st at 4 p.m.
- Log in to Parent Portal https://powerschool.hsd.ca/public/ and click on Parent Teacher Meetings to
book an appointment.
